Visited Rebalance because Hand & Stone was booked and several people recommended it on East Brunswick's Facebook group. I booked a session with Gina & I was not disappointed. Honestly the best massage I've had in years and I get them fairly often. Quick and easy front desk check in (esp if you submit the online forms prior to your visit) great choice of calming music and relaxing atmosphere. Gina immediately found several knots and at the end of the session, showed me problem areas on a print out and recommended stretches to help with the tension. I even loved how soft the carpet was under my feet :) Now I'm considering cancelling my Hand & Stone membership to shift to Rebalance...the difference is major!
