This course is Part 1 of our Mastering CT Series. It pairs with "Advanced CT Techniques" and "Mastering CT Techniques" for the CT Mastering Pathway.

Working with this series of techniques allows the MT to better palpate and lengthen the connective tissues of the body. In some cases, where connective tissue can become congested through tissue adhesion and scarring after injury, CT techniques provides the body with the ability to remodel these restrictions in order to increase movement. 

This course will review the many connective tissues of the body, describe the connective tissue technique, display how to perform them, and discuss how to organize them within a practice sequence. There will be a review of the cautions and contraindications. We will discuss the expected outcomes and the evidence that proves these outcomes related to body structure and function.
